This year at CES 2017, L.A. Drones did something with live aerial VR Intel that’s never been accomplished in technology, let alone aerial cinematography– live aerial VR. Operating out of the Moapa Solar plantL.A.

Drones provided a live, 360 degree aerial stream that was fed into Brian Krzanich‘s (Intel CEO) keynote. In the audience were 265 press members, all wear Oculus VR headsets, and we’re able to inspect the live feed of the solar panels in real time.

You can hear Krzanich explain during the presentation, that he loves to take risks, and do his demo’s live.  And in this case, his risk paid off, as the audience was wowed by the fact they were getting a VR feed, from the middle of the desert.  How did we do it?  Give us a call and we’ll let you know.
